Victoria F. Bolton is counsel in New York’s private client services section of the tax practice group.
Ms. Bolton has extensive experience advising wealthy individuals, professional fiduciaries and family offices on matters involving comprehensive wealth management, with a special focus on creative tax planning, the planning and administration of complex trusts and estates, charitable giving, and the creation and administration of charitable entities.
Ms. Bolton earned her B.A. cum laude in 2000 from Duke University, her J.D. with honors in 2003 from The George Washington University Law School and an advanced certificate in estate planning in 2010 from New York University School of Law. She is a member of the New York and Connecticut State Bars.
