Yusuf A. Bajwa’s practice focuses on securities litigation matters in federal and state courts, including securities class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, internal investigations and regulatory enforcement actions. Mr. Bajwa is also experienced in complex commercial litigation, and has represented clients in court hearings, mediations and depositions.
Mr. Bajwa received his B.A. in economics in 2000 and his J.D. with honors in 2005 from the University of Texas, where he served as associate editor of the Texas Law Review.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bajwa worked for Accenture as an analyst specializing in business processes and information technology.
Mr. Bajwa is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Austin and Houston Bar Associations, and the Austin and Houston Associations of Young Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.
