It is the policy of Akin Gump to only work with search firms with which our firm has an executed search firm fee agreement with respect to the office to which the candidate’s materials are sent. If an office of Akin Gump does not have an executed fee agreement with a search firm that submits a candidate, the candidate’s materials will be returned, and the firm will not consider the candidate to be an applicant. The office receiving the candidate’s materials will not accept or record the applicant in the firm’s recruiting database as having been submitted by the search firm. In addition, resumes sent directly to Akin Gump attorneys or others outside of the Attorney Recruiting and Development Department will not be accepted, considered or entered into the firm’s recruiting database.
