Individual Development Plans

We support you in your career and give you the tools to succeed, but you remain in the driver’s seat.

IDPs

At the beginning of each year, you are asked to reflect on the feedback you received in your performance evaluation, consider your level of mastery of the core competencies and set goals for yourself for the coming year. This Individual Development Plan (IDP) will be reviewed by your practice manager and other partners in your department, as well as the business development directors for each practice area, the director of attorney development and the pro bono partner to ensure that you are receiving the work assignment opportunities and guidance you need to meet your goals. An IDP is a personalized roadmap for your career and serves as a complement to the firm’s self-evaluation process.
