Akin Gump published a client alert about the revised proposed regulations (Version 2) to the California Consumer Privacy Act made by the California Attorney General Office on February 7, 2020. Version 2 includes many changes and appears to respond to comments received on the prior version. There is not yet clear indication of when the final regulations will be released.
