- Advises on a broad range of financing transactions.
Chloe has experience in cross border financings, with a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance.
Prior to joining Akin, Chloe practiced in the London office of a leading law firm, which included a secondment with a Swiss bank.

- Acted for a UK PLC in connection with the financing of its acquisition of a US data software development.*
- Advised a real estate investment PLC in establishing a £250m revolving credit facility encompassing seven jurisdictions.*
- Acted for an alternative credit provider in financing the acquisition of a UK based construction company.*
- Advised a corporate bank lender on the restructuring of a co-operative society business.*
