Dorian Ojemen is an associate in the firm’s intellectual property practice. His experience includes securities fraud class action defense and other complex commercial litigation.

Practice and Background

Mr. Ojemen served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law where he was served as the Managing Executive Editor for St. Mary’s Law Journal. He graduated from Rice University in 2011, with a B.S. in biochemistry and cell biology. While in law school, Mr. Ojemen served as a legal intern for the United States Automobile Association.
