Erin A. Bradley practices in the area of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on private investment fund matters.

Practice & Background

Ms. Bradley represents fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, secondary funds and hedge funds. 

In addition to representing sponsors of funds, Ms. Bradley also represents institutional investors and family offices in connection with their investments in private investments funds, including the acquisition and sale of those investments on the secondary market. In addition to her investment fund-related work, Ms. Bradley advises investors on acquiring preferred stock positions in early stage growth companies.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ms. Bradley was an antitrust associate in the Washington, D.C. office of another law firm and an attorney for the Federal Trade Commission.
