Francesca Sullivan provides English corporate law advice with a particular focus on cross-border corporate and corporate finance transactions, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. Her practice also includes advising on and drafting commercial agreements for international clients operating across a variety of industry sectors.

Ms. Sullivan's recent experience includes representations in the telecommunications, oil and gas, mining, energy and water financial services, investment funds and media sectors.
Ms. Sullivan received her B.A. with honours in Classics from Bristol University in 2004, and subsequently attended The University of the West of England where she received her Diploma in Law and Diploma in Legal Practice. Ms. Sullivan was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008.

Capital Markets Transactions
- advising a Guernsey company with mining exploration assets in Guinea, West Africa, on various transactions including its AIM IPO and pre-IPO fundraising rounds
- advising OAO Alfa Bank of leading Russian banking group Alfa Banking Group on its $600 million Eurobonds issue due 2015.
M&A and other Corporate Transactions
- advising VimpelCom Ltd., one of the world’s largest mobile telecommunications companies, in its US$27.5 billion acquisition of Wind Telecom, comprising mobile communications assets in Italy, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Canada, and North and Sub-Saharan Africa to create the sixth-largest global mobile telecommunications provider by number of subscribers with operations across 20 countries
- advising UFG Private Equity in connection with: (i) its acquisition and disposal of one of the largest Russian theatre operators, Rising Star Media, from National Amusements, Inc.; and (ii) its restructuring of the Rising Star Media group.
