Practice & Background
Ms. Javadi has experience advising U.S. and foreign clients on international trade law and policy matters, including export control law, customs law, and sanctions programs. Ms. Javadi also has experience in dispute settlement under the World Trade Organization (WTO) and trade remedy litigation proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Ms. Javadi received her J.D. in May 2013 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a member of the Journal of International Law and participated in the 2012 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the 2013 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
