Jeff Latov represents and advises lenders, bondholders, institutional investors, hedge funds and other interested parties in connection with commercial litigation, contested bankruptcy proceedings and corporate restructurings.

Jeff received a J.D. in 2016 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as the Business Manager for volume 37 of the Cardozo Law Review and as an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Shira Scheindlin for the District Court of the Southern District of New York. Jeff graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif.

In pro bono matters, Jeff has represented multiple clients in immigration and custody cases and has successfully obtained lawful permanent resident status for a family of asylees and victims of human trafficking. Jeff has also consulted for Lawyers without Borders in multiple cross-organization initiatives to combat human trafficking, child labor and wildlife poaching in developing countries.
