Representative Work

Advised a buyer entity, formed by MPK Equity Partners, AHR Growth Partners and PNC Riverarch Capital, in its stock acquisition of Sola Salon Studios LLC and Sola Franchise LLC.
Advised sellers on the sale of two privately held companies in exchange for cash consideration, rollover equity, a buyer note and earnout consideration.
Represented a private equity fund with more than €67 billion in assets under management in connection with local and cross-border transactions.
Represented a health care industry client in connection with multibillion dollar strategic acquisition and complex carve-out and restructuring transaction.
Represented 7-Eleven, Inc. in its $21 billion acquisition of 3,800 Speedway convenience stores.
