M. Chad Richwine focuses his practice on real estate and finance in the Fort Worth office.
Practice & Background
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Richwine served as a banker for a large U.S. private bank. During his time in the financial services industry, Mr. Richwine counseled clients on, and provided analyses of, complex financial transactions, including sales and purchases of companies; private equity placements, hedge funds and various investment products; purchases and sales of commercial, residential and recreational properties; complex estate plans; and lending strategies.
Mr. Richwine’s legal practice consists of the representation of individuals, companies and real estate investment trust funds in the purchase, sale, management and leasing of commercial properties, including hotels, senior living facilities, restaurants and raw land. He also represents lenders and borrowers in simple and complex credit transactions, foreclosure actions, and the purchase and sale of distressed debt.
In addition to practicing as an attorney, Mr. Richwine is a Certified Financial Planner.
