Nicholas H. Scott is a member of the firm’s corporate practice.

Mr. Scott focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities and capital markets transactions. He represents private equity clients in all aspects of their investments in portfolio companies. He has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, including purchase and sale transactions, strategic mergers, joint ventures, and restructurings and recapitalizations. He also advises clients on general corporate matters.

Mr. Scott received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2014, where he was a Stone Scholar and a member of the Mass Incarceration Clinic. He previously graduated with a B.S. summa cum laude from Tulane University, where he majored in economics and finance and played basketball for the Green Wave.
