Nicholas J. Pascal is an associate in the international finance group of our London office.  His practice focuses on providing English law advice on a broad range of finance transactions, including corporate finance and project finance transactions.  He has represented corporate clients, investment banks and development finance institutions across a variety of industries and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

Practice and Background

Mr. Pascal trained at a leading international law firm in London and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2012.

Mr. Pascal received his Bachelor of Laws, Upper Second Class, from the University of Exeter in 2009.  He subsequently gained a distinction in the L.P.C. from the College of Law in London in 2010.
