Pamela Edwards’ practice focuses on the establishment, operation and organisation of private investment funds, with a particular emphasis on advising hedge funds, in a variety of jurisdictions.

Ms. Edwards joined Akin Gump in 2014, having completed her training contract at Man Group plc, one of the world’s largest independent alternative investment managers. Ms. Edwards was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2014.
Ms. Edwards received her L.L.B. (Hons) in law with French law from the University of Leicester. Ms. Edwards gained a diploma in French law (Diplôme d’Etudes Juridiques Français) from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon, France. She subsequently completed her postgraduate diploma in legal practice at Nottingham Law School’s London branch, Kaplan Law School.
