Richard R. Williams, Jr.’s practice focuses on litigation. Mr. Williams represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters and various business disputes including securities litigation, bankruptcy proceedings and funds litigation matters. He also advises clients in government investigations and provides compliance counseling to asset management firms.

Mr. Williams received his J.D. in 2013 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was an editor of the Journal of Gender and Law and the Journal of Law and the Arts.  He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College in 2001, with an A.B. in Visual and Environmental Studies.
