Representative Work
- Represented certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC, in their acquisition of a controlling interest in CareerBuilder LLC.
- Represented RCCH HealthCare Partners, which is owned by certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC, in its merger with LifePoint Health, Inc.
- Represented a consortium led by Durational Capital Management LP in its acquisition of Bojangles’, Inc.
- Represented a consortium led by Intermediate Capital Group and Goldman Sachs Asset Management in their co-investment in a fund acquiring Alerian, a provider of energy infrastructure indices and market intelligence.
- Represented Intermediate Capital Group in its co-investment with Quadriga Capital Funds, a private equity and venture capital firm, in Vescon Group, Schiller Automatisierungstechnik GmbH and Schiller Engineering & Maschinenbau GmbH, which focus on automation, logistics and cleanroom technology.
