Uri is a partner in Akin’s investment funds litigation practice. He is a nationally recognized complex commercial litigator, trial lawyer and advisor. Uri regularly represents hedge funds, private equity firms and other institutional investors and high net worth individuals in investment-related disputes.

Uri is equally adept in the courtroom and out-of-court workouts of some of the most sophisticated structured finance, distressed corporate debt and real estate transactions. He has represented clients on both sides of the “v.” in state and federal courts, arbitrations and trust instruction proceedings across the country.
