Victoria represents financial institutions, borrowers, sponsors and private equity firms in a variety of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions in various industries.

Victoria has experience in direct lending, acquisition financing, debtor in possession financings and general syndicated loan financing transactions. She also has experience in transactions involving the production and distribution of film, television and other content.

Victoria was previously an associate in Akin Gump’s New York office, where she gained broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other general corporate matters. Victoria also previously worked at another prominent law firm in the banking and finance group.

During law school, Victoria was a summer associate in the business and legal affairs division of a large entertainment company and served as executive editor of the UCC Reporter-Digest.
