Akin Gump a Founding Sponsor of Lincoln Center’s CLE with Culture
(New York) – Akin Gump is pleased to announce it is a founding sponsor of Lincoln Center’s “CLE with Culture,” an upcoming continuing legal education program to be held Wednesday, May 6 at the iconic performing arts center.
The event, with topics to include negotiating and drafting deals in arts and entertainment for global cultural exchange and ethical issues related to serving as nonprofit directors and pro bono providers, is being chaired by the Honorable Judith S. Kaye, former chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals and currently chair of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts Legal Committee. Akin Gump corporate partner Trey Muldrow will speak on the panel “Doing Good Globally: Lawyers as Pro Bono Providers and Trustees to Global Nonprofits.”
The program will culminate with a performance of Shakespeare’s The Winter Tale, presented by The Juilliard School.
