(Houston) – Akin Gump advised Azure Midstream Partners, LP in its acquisition of the East Texas Gathering System, located in Nacogdoches and Shelby counties in Texas, for total consideration of $83 million, subject to customary adjustments.

The Akin Gump team included oil and gas practice corporate attorneys Chris Centrich, Vince Kendrick and Eric Munoz and tax attorney Alison Chen.
