(New York) – Bessemer Investment Partners LLC today announced that it has acquired the assets of KorMex Foods, Inc. Akin Gump advised Bessemer in the transaction.
David D’Urso, a partner in Akin Gump’s corporate practice, led the team advising Bessemer Investment Partners. He was joined by senior counsel Eli Miller.
