Akin Gump Advises Capgemini in Georgia Multi-Sourcing Integrator Agreement

(Dallas) – Akin Gump advised Capgemini in negotiations involving an agreement to serve as the state of Georgia’s multi-sourcing integrator.

As part of a new seven-year deal valued at more than $200 million, Capgemini, on behalf of the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), will coordinate the integration of technology services by multiple service providers for the Georgia Enterprise Technology Services program. The GTA manages the delivery of IT infrastructure services to 85 executive branch agencies and managed network services to 1300 state and local government entities.
