(New York) – On March 12, 2018, Cognizant, one of the world's leading professional services companies, announced it had agreed to acquire Bolder Healthcare Solutions, a privately-held provider of revenue cycle management solutions to hospitals, physician practices and other specialist healthcare organizations in the United States. The transaction closed today.

A team from Akin Gump advised Cognizant in the matter, for which financial details were not disclosed.

Akin Gump corporate partner Trey Muldrow led the team advising Cognizant. He was joined by corporate counsel Michelle Chan and associates Boris Kessler, Andrés Zambrano, Joshua Wright, Victoria Chu and Christopher Kunz.
