Akin Gump Advises Great Wolf Resorts in Sale to Centerbridge Partners

(New York) – Akin Gump advised Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. in its acquisition by an affiliate of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. Great Wolf, North America’s largest family of indoor waterpark resorts, had previously been controlled by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC.

Terms of the transaction, which closed today, were not disclosed.

Great Wolf Resorts, based in Madison, Wis., operates 11 locations across the United States, plus one in Canada.
