Akin Gump Advises Halyard Capital in Jun Group Investment

(New York) – Akin Gump advised Halyard Capital in a deal announced today in which Halyard and Bridge Bank will together invest $28 million in Jun Group, a leading mobile video and branded content advertising platform. Halyard is a lower middle market private equity firm, with more than $600 million of capital under management.

The Akin Gump team advising Halyard was led by corporate partner David D’Urso. It included tax partner Lewis Kweit and corporate associate Erika Leon.
