(New York) – LifeCare Holdings LLC, which operates LifeCare Health Partners, a leading post-acute health care company, has announced the acquisition of Beyond Faith Homecare & Rehab LLC with multiple locations across Texas. Akin Gump represented LifeCare in the financing of the purchase.
The Akin Gump team advising LifeCare was led by corporate partner Daniel Fisher. He was joined by partner Jaisohn Im and associates Katie Dinett and Tiffanye Threadcraft.
