Akin Gump Advises on $275 million Financing for Village Roadshow Entertainment Group

(Hong Kong) Village Roadshow Entertainment Group (VREG) has announced it has obtained $275 million of new funding in a six-year mezzanine debt and equity arrangement provided by Trinity Opportunities Limited (Trinity). The facility was arranged by VREG in partnership with Hong Kong-based Shikumen Capital Management (HK) Limited (SCM).
