(London) – Akin Gump has advised Pan American Energy S.L., in the sale of its service stations in Paraguay. The transaction closed on February 1, 2019.

In September 2017, Akin Gump also advised BC Energy Investments Corp. (formerly Bridas Corporation) in the formation of Pan American Energy Group, the largest privately-owned integrated energy company operating in Argentina, through a 50:50 joint venture between BP and BC Energy Investments Corp.
