(New York) – Akin Gump represented Strengthen Lengthen Tone LLC (SLT) in connection with its acquisition of Brooklyn Bodyburn.
SLT currently operates boutique fitness studios throughout the New York metropolitan area and one in Philadelphia. Brooklyn Bodyburn has three locations in Brooklyn.
David D’Urso, a partner in Akin Gump’s corporate practice, and Charlie Hely, an associate, led the team advising SLT.
