Akin Gump Advises True Green Capital on Solar Portfolio Financing

(Los Angeles) – Akin Gump advised private equity firm True Green Capital on the closing of a $130 million credit facility with KeyBank National Association and Investec Bank plc. The credit facility is secured by a number of solar projects across the northeastern United States.

The Akin Gump team was led by global energy and transactions counsel David Markey. Tax partner David Burton advised on tax aspects of the deal. The deal team also consisted of global energy and transactions practice associate Sheila Merchant and corporate associate Patrick Ragen.
