Akin Gump Again Among Honorees at “40 at 50” Pro Bono Event

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump is proud to announce that it was again recognized by the chief judges of the District of Columbia federal courts among the law firms where at least 40 percent of lawyers devoted 50 hours or more to pro bono service for charitable organizations or indigent individuals in 2016.

The ceremony, held on April 27 at the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse in the nation’s capital, honored 33 law firms and the National Capital Region chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
