Bloomberg BNA published an article by Akin Gump partners Steven Ross and Raphael Prober and associate Megan Greer, all members of the firm’s public law and policy practice, that addresses why companies need to pay attention to minority-led congressional investigations.

The article, which appeared in the publications Daily Report for Executives and Corporate Counsel Weekly, presents examples from the Senate and the House of Representatives that illustrate how members of the minority party in either chamber are still able to push through with their own probes and “enjoy powerful – albeit more limited – resources to conduct investigations.”
