(Philadelphia) – The American Lawyer has named Akin Gump intellectual property partners Steve Maslowski and Michael Kahn runners-up for its Litigator of the Week recognition for securing a significant verdict for Boston Scientific Corp. in its long-running patent infringement dispute with Nevro Corp.
