Akin Gump Foursome Three-peats as “Top Lobbyists”

(Washington, D.C.) – For the third consecutive year, The Hill has named Akin Gump partners Joel Jankowsky and Scott Parven and senior advisors and former congressmen Vic Fazio and Bill Paxon to its “Top Lobbyists 2013.”
The Top Lobbyists, according to The Hill, “all have one thing in common: a proven ability to make things happen in Washington.” Regarding the Akin Gump team, The Hill notes, “The leaders of the K Street giant have made complacency their enemy, spotting new opportunities well ahead of the competition.”
Akin Gump is one of only two firms to place four individuals on The Hill’s ranking. Senior executive partner Joel Jankowsky was recently recognized by The National Law Journal as among the “100 Most Influential Lawyers in America” (read more about that honor here).
