(London) – Akin Gump is pleased to announce that it has been named a winner in four categories of the 2020/2021 Lex 100 Trainee Survey. The firm was recognized in the following areas:

  • Firm living up to expectations.
  • Quality of work.
  • Financial remuneration.
  • International secondments.

Each year, The Lex 100 solicits anonymous responses from law firm trainees for feedback on their training contracts and for ratings on their experiences according to several different criteria. This year’s Trainee Survey had more than 2500 responses from trainees at 130 law firms across the United Kingdom.

Earlier this month, Victoria Widdows, Akin Gump’s director of international legal recruiting and development, participated in a podcast hosted by The Lex 100 on trainee solicitor programs in the U.K. during the COVID-19 pandemic. (Click here to learn more and access the podcast.)
