Akin Gump’s Restructuring Work Shortlisted for European Tax Awards

(London) – Two matters on which Akin Gump advised have been shortlisted by International Tax Review and TP Week for the European Tax Awards in the category of European Tax Restructuring Deal of the Year. The firm was included on the shortlist for its work on both the Frigoglass rescue restructuring group capital, bank and bond debt matter and the Premier Oil restructuring.

The European Tax Awards have been presented annually since 2005 and seek to recognize the leading international tax professionals from the EMEA region.

The awards will be presented at a dinner in London on May 17.
