(Washington, D.C.) – Financial Times announced today that Akin Gump is among the law firms shortlisted for its 2015 North America Innovative Lawyers awards. The formal awards dinner will be held in New York City on December 7.

Akin Gump has been shortlisted in the categories Innovation in Legal Expertise: Protecting Clients' Business and Innovation in the Business of Law: Compliance and Technology.

Akin Gump has been honored to receive multiple recognitions from FT in its various regional Innovative Lawyers competitions, including, most recently, for Europe (learn more here), where the firm was recognized in three categories.
