Akin Gump Shortlisted for Legal 500 UK Award

(London) – Akin Gump has been shortlisted for the Legal 500 UK 2017 Awards in the category of Finance: Firm (Specialism) of the Year for “Corporate restructuring and insolvency.”

Award decisions will be based on the practices that most impressed Legal 500’s research team for their contribution to a particular business sector or practice area during the past 12 months. The winners will be announced on October 25, with a dinner for award winners scheduled for February 23, 2017.

Akin Gump was recently honored by The American Lawyer for advising on a restructuring that won the publication’s Global Legal Award and its Global Finance Deal of the Year: Private Restructuring.
