Akin Gump Voted One of the D.C. Area’s “Top Workplaces” in Washington Post Survey
(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump is pleased to announce that, in The Washington Post’s 2018 Top Workplaces contest, it was ranked seventh out of the top 30 best places to work in the capital region in the “Large Companies” category. It is also one of only two law firms in that category.
Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, that measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
Akin Gump D.C. partner in charge Anthony Pierce said of this recognition, “I’m extremely gratified that our employees feel our D.C. office is a Top Workplace. They are the ones who make the office work, day in and day out, and their satisfaction and pride in our firm are key factors in our success at serving clients.”
Awards were handed out at a ceremony on June 21 recognizing the top-ranked companies.
Founded in 1945, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP is a leading international law firm with more than 900 lawyers in offices throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
