(Beijing) – Akin Gump corporate partner Allen Shyu has been recognized in the first edition of The Best Lawyers in China for 2020, a peer review-based ranking of the best lawyers in their field spanning 22 practice areas. Mr. Shyu, who joined the firm in April in its Beijing office, was recognized in the Capital Markets Law (International Firms) category.
With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Shyu represents companies from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan in their U.S. and global securities offerings and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
