In its article “Current and Former Enforcement Staffs’ Tips for Litigating Against the SEC,” Private Equity Law Report quoted Akin Gump litigation partner Claudius Modesti from a panel at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Securities Enforcement Forum.
