Harvard Law School Blog Features Akin Gump “Top 10”

The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation has published a post by Akin Gump’s corporate practice titled “Top 10 Topics for Directors in 2014.”  Built on a mid-December client alert, the posting outlines “hot topics for the boardroom in the coming year”:
