Houston Business Journal Recognizes Akin Gump-Advised Crestwood/Inergy Deal

(Houston) – Houston Business Journal has selected a deal in which Akin Gump advised Crestwood Midstream Partners LP as a finalist in its Energy Deals of the Year feature.

John Goodgame, a partner in Akin Gump’s energy practice, led the team advising Crestwood, which, with Crestwood Holdings LLC, signed an agreement to combine operations with Inergy LP and Inergy Midstream and provide pipeline and other services in some of North America’s biggest oil and gas drilling areas, including the continent’s premier shale formations.
