(Hong Kong) – Akin Gump has been shortlisted in two categories of the 2020 IFLR Asia-Pacific awards.

The firm was named a finalist in the “Deals” category for its work on the China Singyes Solar Technologies restructuring. (Last week, the firm was shortlisted for its work on this same matter for the Asia Legal Awards 2020.) Akin Gump’s restructuring team was also named to the award shortlist in the “Teams” category.

The IFLR Asia-Pacific awards celebrate “legally innovative cross-border transactions closed in the region by year-end 2019.” Awards will be presented in Singapore in July.
