Ira Dizengoff Named Among 2014’s “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers” by Turnarounds & Workouts

(New York) – Akin Gump financial restructuring partner Ira Dizengoff has been selected among Turnarounds & Workouts magazine’s “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers – 2014.” The recognition honors restructuring lawyers who are leaders in the industry. The honorees are selected by T&W’s editorial staff based upon individuals’ recent representations and nominations by other restructuring professionals.
The publication spotlighted Dizengoff’s representation of the ad hoc group of holders of approximately $1.7 billion of unsecured PIK notes issued by Energy Future Intermediate Holdings in the chapter 11 bankruptcy of Energy Future Holdings, Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC (TCEH) and certain related subsidiaries.
