Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice Honors Akin Gump with Pro Bono Partner of the Year Award

(Los Angeles) – Akin Gump is the recipient of this year’s Pro Bono Partner of the Year Award from the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice (LACLJ). The firm was honored for its advocacy and representation of low-income and immigrant survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault—the very groups for whom the LACLJ secures justice.

Since 2018, Akin Gump has donated almost 1000 pro bono hours advocating for LACLJ clients. Akin Gump senior counsel Galit Knotz serves on the LACLJ’s Leadership Council.
