Marc Hammerson and John LaMaster, partners in Akin Gump’s global energy and transactions practice, have edited the book Oil & Gas M&A, published this month by Globe Law and Business.
The book, for which Hammerson and LaMaster also wrote one of the chapters, examines the M&A process in the upstream industry. It also covers acquisition structures and topics such as valuations, financing, tax and accounting.
Oil & Gas M&A is geared toward those who participate in oil and gas mergers and acquisitions transactions, including lawyers, bankers, financial advisers, business executives, accountants and tax advisers.
