New Federal Political Contribution Limits

In response to the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission, the Federal Election Commission eliminated the biennial aggregate contribution limits applicable to individuals (click here for more information on the decision). The base limits applicable to specific candidates, political action committees and political party committees remain in place. Click here to download a chart with these updated limits.
